General Information

Blue Coral Swimwear’s operating hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST. Any calls or messages received outside of operating hours, will receive a response by the next business day.

Shipping

Blue Coral Swimwear offers free ground shipping within the continental U.S. for any purchase equal to or more than $125. We offer FedEx shipping options at an additional cost for more immediate shipping. Orders will be processed and shipped during normal business hours Monday – Friday. Please allow for additional shipping time on holidays.

Sale Pricing/ Promotional Codes

All sale items and discounted items are for final sale. Quantities are limited. If the price of an item has changed since you purchased that item(s), the new price are not able to be transferred to any previous order. We do not offer price adjustments.

On the checkout page there will be an opportunity to enter any valid promo code available to you. These promo codes are case sensitive so please be sure you are entering them correctly. You should see the discount applied on the Order Summary section. If it is not reflective in your final checkout please contact us. Only one promotional code can be used per order. After an offer has expired, we are unable to honor the promotion on future orders. Current promotions are unable to be applied to previous purchases. All items purchased with a discount code of greater than 15% are final sale.

Blue Coral Swimwear uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to scramble credit card information to ensure customer transactions are safe and secure.  We do accept the following forms of payment for online purchases:

Sales Tax

New York State requires us to collect Sales Tax on any order being shipped or purchased with a New York address.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately at customerservice@bluecoralswimwear.com. It is important that you contact us before returning the item, so that we may assist you with return shipping fees. If you do not contact us, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Before you email, please have your order number available. Please be prepared with a detailed description of the damage or defect before contacting us.

Exchanges

To expedite your exchange, you may contact our Customer Service Department at customerservice@bluecoralswimwear.com.

  • Please follow the instructions for returning your item by mail.
  • You will be notified via email when the return has been processed and a credit has been issued to the original form of payment.
  • Please place a new order for the item(s) you wish to receive.

Returns

Items purchased online may be returned or exchanged by mail in their original condition, and accompanied by the original packing slip within 30 days. ALL swimwear MUST have the hygienic liner on them when returned.

  • Returns after 30 days – If customer returns product(s) purchased from the Company’s official e-commerce site after thirty (30) days from purchase date, no credits or exchanges will be issued.
  • Returns for PayPal Purchases – Please note that purchases made with PayPal may only be returned through the mail.
